Elizabeth, while Religion may not be the place for you , Friends should always be a priority, When you start to have a panic attack, just touch your hand and ask yourself what you feel. then look around and say I see whatever you're looking at. Breathe deeply and relax. It works tremendously for me with PTSD. Stay Positive and never give up.!!

Hello,

I went to another Christian, women's, group meeting, to get out of the house, even though, my instinct's, were telling me- not to go!

Listen to your instinct's, that is for sure.

I felt, uncomfortable, Again; around the women.

Some of the women, were nice, other's, except-I would not want to be, friend's, with.

I think, that i would rather, do other, thing's, thank you very much;

I, do like God, and love him, but there, are other thing's, I would rather win, the lottery, and move out of the county, than go to another, one of the those- meeting's!
