			<description><![CDATA[<p>Stopped at the gym today while I was out running errands.<br /><br />Done some diverging lat pull downs.<br /><br />Done some lateral raises to build up the deltoids.<br /><br />Rode a bike type exercise for 15 minutes to build those muscles.<br /><br /></p>]]></description>
