True, but the typical low-IQ Democrat such as we see posting here on LP has no idea WHY they're supposed to get hysterical when they hear the word "Russia". Hillary told them that as a result of Trump "colluding with the Russians", she lost the 2016 election. That's enough reason for the typical low-IQ Democrat voter. Most of them never got the memo that the USSR ceased to exist in 1991. The government in Russia today is based on the Constitution of the Russian Federation which was adopted by national referendum in 1993. The President is elected every 6 years by direct vote of the people. Putin is not a dictator nor a Communist. Putin has denounced Communism and has stated that anybody that wants to go back to Communism "has no brain". On the other hand, the American left extols the virtues of socialism and is edging closer to outright Communism. Russia poses no threat to the USA, but the left goes into histrionics because President Trump would like to have good relations with Russia for the sake of national security. The leadership of the left wants to provoke war with Russia. They seem to forget that Russia still has the nuclear firepower capable of annihilating millions of Americans.
