			<description><![CDATA[<p>A cats-meat man ?<br /><br />I just finished reading a book with characters in them that took place during the second world war. In the beginning of the book one family was so poor that the wife took a penny or two down to the street vendor known as the cats-meat man. The wife went down for some meat to go with their potatoes which is all they had.<br /><br />I had to look up the meaning.<br /><br />I think the name of the book was War Brides.<br /><br /></p>]]></description>
