A person can be despised for a single thing. After all, Hitler was a vegetarian, loved children and dogs and brought prosperity to a downtrodden nation. It was that other thing w/ the Jews, though... I disagree with Michael Savage on 99% of what he talks about but I listen to him because he makes me laugh. And occasionally I do agree with him like in this case. He stated that a man is only the sum of his Parts, meaning one or two or three even, things that some may not view favorable in a man's lifetime, should not be judged solely based on those three events. I've always heard it's a sorry individual who would start a fistfight at a funeral. That's true, I reckon, but it's nearly as bad to politicize one. The Meg, Shrub and Obongo proved they are all at least second class sorry individuals, as well as those who made the snide remarks at Franklin's funeral.
