			<description><![CDATA[<p>Was doing a little research yesterday about proper weight for my height. Found this article with useful information.<br /><br />I am currently at the 210 lb range but need to balance my body measurements. My waistline needs work and muscle mass in other areas need building up.<br /><br />Maybe I can get my body at the proper proportions and try out for the cover shoot on a senior citizens mag.
