			<description><![CDATA[<p>Anybody out there? Do you think this is a Lot of Work? I admit it seems to be a bit overwhelming. Well most of the work comes from updating this Blog. What I am really doing here is an open Test of a Process. I have to say that the Process is going pretty well, but the Selections have not hit anything yet.
