			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;The bit about Indians (AKA &#x22;Native Americans&#x22;) not being allowed to vote b/c of having only a P.O. Box and not a street address is absurd.  I grew up out in the country and OUR address was &#x22;Star Route Two&#x22; and it served as evidence of a physical address for any govt. entity or business that required one.
