I have to find a place to live, our condominium townhouse has structral damage to it, from crack's in the wall's, to former flooding problem's in the bathroom, to under the kitchen sink, to mold in the carpet and floor's, so we are moving, my brother will move in with a friend of his,

And I am looking for a room, to rent, or an apartment- would be even better for me.

i might get a roommate, although i prefer to try living by myself, with my cat..

Also i have to get the content's out of my house, and have peace of mind, at the same time.

I am trying to take chance's and try what work's for me!
