Rick Knudsen picked up a few extras after he nailed the lottery four years ago. In addition to scooping up the 50-acre Eagle Crest Mountain Estate in the Yucaipa/Oak Glen area, he s got a fully operating buffalo ranch on an adjacent 155 acres and owns a 640-acre mountainous area by the home.
