I wasn't agreeing that it was a good idea, just that it *might* be possible. Like you, I hope it's just a coincidence; it would take some horribly evil thinking to want to do something like this...but it's been done in the past.

That WAS interesting. Very plausible theory, would save some money cutting down trees, I suppose, easier to condemn/use eminent domain to get the right-of-way needed.
