I hit that little x up in the corner what in the world I had to tell you that b/c this is like the second time I wrote this ......(so frustrating)

So we are going to look at a 7 on the outside NC got 397 wrote just like that on Dec 1 2018 so I noticed something and I'll attempt to explain it here

72 that's what it equals to now we are going to add the rows to get the sums (add them straight down)

8+1+7 =16 so we have a 16 sum

4+2+2= 8 now we have a 8 sum

so lets look
