High tech border security such as drones, camera monitors and whatever else they have for high tech will detect those crossing the border. By the time the Border Patrol gets there to apprehend those crossing the border they are on US soil and subject to the laws for illegal entry.

High tech border security does not decrease the amount of illegals crossing the border into the USA.
