			<description><![CDATA[<p>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9mM93scwi8<br /><br />The standards in the STEM fields have been lowered in numerous institutions attempting to get unqualified clients in the STEM fields. Which means those fields are hiring the least qualified in those areas to teach the children, in schools. The least qualified for medial schools and the other fields.
