Thanks CARBOB. They've been dumbing down education for years which only shortchanges kids. I would love to see school vouchers nationally so parents could choose where their kids go.

The stat about Baltimore shows how the education system has been manipulated by Liberals for child's education, Black & White. My guess is they probably graduate with less than a ninth or tenth-grade education.
