<br />Since we really don't have any money to fund something of this magnitude, it will have to come at the expense of housing subsidies, food stamps, education grants, govt. scholarships and other programs that help the needy. I know not just blacks are being assisted with those, but everyone else will have to bite the bullet, too. Ag. subsidies, small business loans, cut SSI and Medicare/Medicaid... so many other places the money can come from...sure, it will hurt, but at least we'll be one... [ More ]
