			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;In my case, a fan and other sounds just add to the problem.  I need dead silence, which is really tough to get.  Another suggestion is to block out any light in the room.  I throw a blanket over my curtains sometimes because I&#x27;m very light sensitive.  Winning a few million is another suggestion.&#xa0; &#xa0;Relieves all sorts of stress</p>]]></description>
