the 1 in the second position like it fell last night in carolina says that a pair of the number that it fell with will come back and equal to the 1x ......lets look yes good for across the states .......cause I get those questions is why I put that there lol

Jul 1, 2019 Daytime 2 - 1 - 0 - 4

1 in second position came back with 10 and 14 .....we look at the numbers after the 1 falls

1 fell and 56 came back to cover the 11 and see how that worked

1 fell in second position and they give you back the 9 and also the 10 as 01 .......I'd say the 11 pair came as a result but I don't like to look to the left of the 1 but you could say that but its not a rule that I follow . I'd just say maybe use it when they wear that second postion 1 out as they sometimes do
