			<description><![CDATA[<p>the 1 in the second position like it fell last night in carolina says that a pair of the number that it fell with will come back and equal to the 1x ......lets look yes good for across the states .......cause I get those questions is why I put that there lol<br /><br />Jul 1, 2019 Evening 6 - 4 - 8 - 8<br /><br />Jul 1, 2019 Daytime 2 - 1 - 0 - 4<br /><br />1 in second position came back with 10 and 14 .....we look at the numbers after the 1 falls<br /><br />-----------------<br /><br />Jul 2, 2019 Evening 5 - 6 - 1 - 6<br /><br />Jul 2, 2019 Daytime 4 - 1 - 1 - 9<br /><br />1 fell and 56 came back to cover the 11 and see how that worked<br /><br />-------------------------<br /><br />Jul 4, 2019 Daytime 0 - 7 - 1 - 1<br /><br />Jul 3, 2019 Evening 2 - 1 - 9 - 4<br /><br />1 fell in second position and they give you back the 9 and also the 10 as 01 .......I&#x27;d say the 11 pair came as a result but I don&#x27;t like to look to the left of the 1 but you could say that but its not a rule that I follow .
