I had to get three smallpox shots before it finally "took". The family tradition was that after the shot, mom would take us for an ice cream or milkshake at the local pharmacy and I got three of 'em! My jealous sister accused me of "faking" it so I could get the extras. (Trust me, I would have skipped ALL of the ice cream to not have to be jabbed with that huge needle) I think she votes Democrat, so...she was showing her true colors even way back then.

Thanks Mike. My thoughts go to the mysterious paralyzing disease similar to polio which was eradicated from the US ... so we thought. During the 50's I had enough polio vaccine for 3 people.

<br />"Thanks Democrats!" is correct, not just with the plague but the other diseases, too. I can't say for certain it's 100% the case, but every anti-vaxxer I've ever read about was a Democrat and of course, nearly all the open borders crowd are lefties.

The scare of disease will wake people up real quick and this does not get reported to the public like it should.
