Original Blog Entry: The lady's condominium is for sale!

Where, I am staying at currently, with my senior cat, the lady owns the townhouse here, has it on the market- for sale, and nobody want's to buy it, because, it looks run down. The place is over 35 years old; the floors need to be taken up, and replaced.

The hall has scuff marks and holes in the, flooring, and the livingroom is made of wood and needs to be sanded and re stained. So she does not want to spend any money, doing it, and people take a look at the crappy floors, and walk out, looking for another place to buy!

Oh, there was an open house, today and only 1 person , a, perspective buyer, showed up to look at the townhouse , and told the real estate, lady that was here,- showing the place.That they, would keep looking at other places.

So i told the owner of this condominium, where i am staying, that she needs to lower the price, and stubbornly, she is not willing to do that, for somebody to buy the place!

And fix it up the way they want!

I am still on a journey to find a more stable and healthier place to move, to with my cat, away from the stubborn woman, that owns the townhouse!

That is my drama for today..

I did not win on last nights lotto ticket, so feeling flustered!
