Yep, they eat some disgusting things, but I never really wanted to slam them for that; I'm sure a lot of those "traditions" came about from the periods of starvation Communism has brought about. I only wish Miss Greta and Leo would go over there and preach to them about how they're ruining the environment.

Thanks Mike. Yep the Chines have the invasion of Tibet, Tianamen Square, "reeducation" of the Uighurs in recent memory of many. Add that to the easy transplant circumstances, consumption of animals most of the world considers pets there. They might want to look beyond their current agenda. May be time to clean around their own back door.

I won't go into all the details, but it's been a waste of money for them and the African countries and people have lost trust in them. The main problem was they (the Chinese) were having problems getting people to stay on the continent to look after the various business ventures. One interesting analogy was to both the US involvement in Vietnam as well as the Soviet one in Afghanistan.
