			<description><![CDATA[<p>I was trying to say that anytime you get a 2x that they will usually go up or down from that so 24 becomes 25/23 something like that and that when you get a ten they don&#x27;t stray far from giving you a ten back . what state are you in an I can try and find an example to your state</p>]]></description>
