<br />Back at the end of August in 1991 (maybe it was 1992...I don't have my info handy) the Michigan legislature voted on an affordable health care plan for Michigan residents. Everybody who didn't have a plan could sign up. Everyone got the same coverage and everyone paid the same monthly premium (I forget whether it was $100 or $200 per month).
