			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;people in Walter Reed were used as scapegoats because Walter reed was due to shut down why poor money into a building that was underfunded and scheduled to be closed to begin with. The media made this into a fiasco. And the sad part is the commander didn&#x27;t have a leg to stand on because once the media got involved it looked like he was the person to carry the weight for the mess.
