I'm still around just not posting and really not playing that much anymore running two full time jobs is taking all my spare time that's why I put up the contents to help out b/c I knew my time would be limited . I learned a few more workouts which I may share at a later time

Journey is doing well she will be 8 months old this month on the 10th.... I think I'm going to wait until about Jan to find her a mate not sure but he will be either named Air Supply (oh I'm not kidding) and Air E for short but I'm also thinking about Styx as well I may go with the later .Journey was around another boxer the other day and she seemed happy to have a play date . She's almost to heavy for me to pick up anymore lol probably about 75lbs now since I put her on the chicken and rice diet (we sneak in a zaxbys chicken fingers once a week)
