There is this guy out there spewing videos on youtube, long hair- hippie-looking, comes across as a hard-shelled conservative & and he is pushing this thing that Biden is " Not President-Elect." He along with millions of others is " Hoping" that the electors in the States that Biden that Trump should have carried will fall in line with the party, and ignore Biden's win and cast their vote for Trump. Just give that a try and see...

Get this-Biden has Just broken a 80 year old Record in victory over Trump, going way back to the 1930’s. Thing is, they not finished counting, it’s a bloodbath anyway you wanna soon it.I hope someone in the WH has told him, because if that won’t make him concede, nothing will.

In Detroit Trump's lawyer tried the old "hearsay" trick, but sounded like an idiot trying to explain why "I'm repeating what someone said they heard someone else say" wasn't hearsay. Their "smoking gun evidence" was a note "entered receive date as 11/2/20 on 11/4/20" was silly at best. In the written decision, the court called it "inadmissible hearsay within hearsay". We only have one president at a time. Getting defeated is part of life. Even the Nation of Israel were defeated in biblical times despite having God’s backing, because of being unfaithful didn’t know that? Get back to reading. I saw people literally on their knees on tv, praying for a Trump outcome with the ballots being counted, it was. Unreal. Where does such devotion for a politician comes from? Looked demonic in nature. What l found nauseating yesterday was Mike Pompeo our Secretary of State say " We want fair elections & there will be a transfer of power to a 2nd term Trump Presidency " Here is the guy representing the USA for fair elections worldwide, and he goes off on camera saying this? How can the rest of the workd take us serious when you utter such nonsense? Politicians lose all the time. To suggest that it's impossible for Trump to lose is not being realistic. Just as death is inevitable, so is losing. The American voters stood in long lines, mailed in their ballots & are counting on getting a fair result. If Trump can somehow go from 214 electoral votes to 270, so be it, but as of now, he does not have it. The world at large knows Trump lost, quit kidding yourselves.

I remember when Trump went on TV and told everyone to vote twice. He said to mail in a vote and then go to the voting center and vote again in case the mail in vote doesn't get there! What a croc! Now he's crying! But the republican legislators made it law to not count the mail in votes until after the election. Trump knew this. Its all a big setup.

Reminds me of the gf of the late Lou Rawls. She took him to court after they broke up & he cut off funding her lifestyle. Her lawsuit was “ Lou told me he would take care of me for life, regardless of whether we were together or not “ The judge tossed that lawsuit as well. The AG Bar should do his job an look into these fraudulent claims of the Gop. If people are caught coercing people to lie about voting or fabricating voting issues they should be prosecuted. The Gop desperate efforts could backfire and put these idiots in jail.

Now reports that a Pennsylvania postal worker is recanting reports of fraud with ballots. It reported he was paid $130 k by the Gop. Now there is alot of talk on the Web but I wouldn't put it past the desperate moves the Gop is up to. Its going to very interesting. But if they get caught it's jail time!!!

Apparently the Trump campaign believes (without proof) there were many illegal votes and saying the court should not allow certification until it could be verified that all votes were cast lawfully. It could be interesting as to how a court defines the verification process and who does the verifying, but the huge problem for the campaign team is that courts can't create laws.

But if the court could block Michigan from certifying election results, it could block any state including all the Red states for exactly the same reason. Without certification, the states electors can't vote on when the Electoral College meets by law on January 6, 2021. The Constitution's 12th Amendment clearly defines the process if and when none of the candidates get a 270 or more Electoral College majority. So if a court blocked the certification of the Texas election results or other large populated states, neither candidate could get an Electoral majority and per 12th Amendment, the House of Representatives decides the winner.

Currently, Biden has 146,000 move votes than Trump so the Trump campaign is saying and must prove at least 147,000 of the Biden votes are illegal, but none of the Trump votes are illegal. But that won't stop Trump's legal eagles from trying. Can't wait to hear the court ruling on this one.
