			<description><![CDATA[<p>So very true!&#xa0; &#xa0;Unfortunately, I learned this too late after I quit a job..I hate it, but it paid the bills.  Looking back, if I had realized the General Manager was just an a**hole, I could have dealt with the situation a lot better.  When we realize that the offender is the only one who should be affected by his own obnoxious behavior, then we can function better in an insane world filled with anger and intimidation, and drive home saying &#x22;Gee, I&#x27;m so happy I&#x27;m not like that person!&#x22;... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/15867#c14286">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
