Each state decides their own election laws whether it's a Federal election or for the county dog catcher. G, if you don't like the "poll observer" rules in your state, talk to your state legislators or run for office. If you don't like what they do in other states, move there and try to make a change. If you don't have any proof "they did something wrong" what's your case? Doubt even a mayor's court listen with zero evidence, much less the Supreme Court. Can't wait until prosecutors in New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey go to courts with real evidence and real proof.

I was hoping at least one of the cases be heard because none of the higher courts heard descriptions of how the Dominion machines functioned. The vote tabulation machines in my county use a cartage similar to memory cartages in X-Box 360s.

He said that their machines produce paper ballots and one machine in one county does not transfer info to another machine in the next county. Said they have a 3rd party that constantly tests their machines and get this: There paper ballots do not go out from one State to another, nor do their ballots go abroad. Objections to state Electors can be made in writing and signed by at least one House member and one Senator. However just saying "I object" doesn't get it, they better have proof. McConnell warned his people not to reject Biden's victory and the Democrats control the House. Yep, Amanda Chase (Virginia Republican Gubernatorial contender) actually said Trump should declare martial law, temporarily suspend the Constitution, and remain on as the president. And with zero proof of any voting fraud, Chase said, troops would go and seize these [voting] machines and voting equipment to find the voter fraud. There needs to be a national audit.

I didn't vote using a machine, but did place my ballot into a vote tabulation machine. Have no idea how anyone could find fraud in that process, but it's used because the punch card method used in 2000 proved to be a disaster with the opportunity of fraud waiting to happen. I won't even pretend to have any knowledge of how any President could legally declare martial law just because they lost re-election and really doubt she does either.

Some of the Trump supporters are getting into some pretty weird stuff and some with petitions demanding an overthrow of the U.S. Government . Lincoln didn't declare marital law when 11 states seceded from the union 1861 and neither did FDR when Pearl Harbor was hit. Isn't about time to stop drinking the Kool-Aid?
