The e-mail warns that cell phone directories are about to be provided to telemarketers, when in fact no such directory yet exists and it is illegal to make telemarketing calls to cell phones. And regulators are reminding cell phone users they can sign up for the Do Not Call Registry.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thanks.  For a long time I&#x27;ve been getting calls from Puerto Rico and Texas every couple of months, and when I answer it&#x27;s all in Spanish.  I don&#x27;t always get the chance to check the number before I answer.  I hang up right away and so far haven&#x27;t seen any unusual charges on my bill.</p>]]></description>
