We notice groups of national guards mixed in the crowd as well as the many snipers on the rooftops facing the monument. <br />Mayor Bowser did all she could to inconvenience the crowd as we didn't see a single port-a-potty and many areas were boarded up but a few food businesses were open for carry out.<br />While riding back on the metro is when we heard news of the armed crowd storming Congress and that shots were fired and that two individuals had been hit.
