I had to do a search for your story because you gave no link. Couldn't access it without giving my email address so I searched "Epoch Times" and the first thing I saw was "It's time to Overrule Roe v Wade". I simply asked if you were talking about the Articles of Confederation when you said "original Constitution" and didn't ask for a somewhat inaccurate description of the Constitutional Amendment process.... The Bill of Rights is the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution. It spells out protecting Americans' rights in relation to their government. It guarantees civil rights and liberties to the individual—like freedom of speech, press, and religion from the government.
