The best advice I could give to a young parent is to get a copy of the booklet "1-2-3...Magic" on disciplining and rewarding children. If you follow the procedures to a "T", you will notice marked and permanent improvement in disciplining your children without having to scream at them or spank them. It worked wonders for us when my children were that age. Many people use this "time out" technique, but 90% of them do it wrong...you must follow the rules properly for it to work. <br... [ More ]
