			<description><![CDATA[<p>Inside KY state lines ie.<br /><br />One of the first conversations I had when I first started posting on LP was about playing pick-3 games Online. I was skeptical because that Online lottery paid $900 to $1 for a straight hit and the pesky Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act that passed in 2006. And then on Black Friday April 15, 2011, the day Internet poker was banned in the U.S.<br /><br />Now ten years later several states offer Online lotteries, poker and some have sport betting. Kentucky began their Online play several years ago, but never offered pick-3 and pick-4 play until now. Be interesting to see how long it takes to collect winnings over $600, but it only takes a couple business days to get Keno, all Online and instant games payoffs under $600.<br /><br />Should be interesting and fun too.<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/165746">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
