Okay!! To anyone who looks at this logo. Just look at the orange E (the capital E in Ex) and between the E and the X is an arrow that almost jumps out at you as if it's 3 dimensional. Once you see it you can't not see it...(excuse the double negative.)

It's strange because Todd recently made some modifications to the picture upload editor. I had some trouble at first, nevertheless, I can see it. Obviously you guys can't see it. I'll just wait for Todd's reply. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone see it
