Article 5 of the NATO Charter is why Putin tried to get Trump to pull us out of NATO. According to some of the articles about Putin, he has more billions than Trump has millions. Wonder how many American politicians Putin has in his pockets "like so many nickels and dimes"?

We have about 5550 nukes, but only 900 are now online and ready to be launched. If we or another country nuked Russia, much of the fallout will end up in China so it's in China's best interest to prevent Russia from doing something really stupid.

Remember the arguments made for electing Trump in 2016? "Trump should know how to deal with government deficits because he is a successful businessman". Today the argument is "The attack on Ukraine would not happen under Trump because he and Putin are buddies". Don't recall any of the arguments made for Trump's handling the pandemic. <br

But many of the right-wing hawks believe and are demanding that we send troops into Ukraine and basically start WWIII. Right now the U.S. and our allies are fighting a proxy war by having the Ukraine Army use some of our high tech weapons. From what I've read the Javelin, the NLAW and Stingers are very effective against Russian tanks and aircraft.

The war crimes are getting very problematic and so are the Russian body bags. How long the Russian people will continue to support Putin?
