That's a little far for me just for Beaver Nuggets, Sully. But I'm gonna take my grandkids to Dollywood this summer and that's right at the highway exit and we'll check 'em out then (if it's built by then). They're supposed to be building a big new theme park there too. They better add more lanes to the Parkway going to Pigeon Forge cuz it's already a traffic nightmare in the summertime.
