So you take one judge out of all the others as an exception to the rule? Come on man, the undertone of it all was basically it was precedent, end of story.

Check Gorsuch out around the 40 second mark. Mash down on the closed captioning. He said a good judge would "consider it" as precedent. And that is the basic gist of what they all said despite the egregious editing of the video to fit the Democrat narrative.<br

Basically they all said it would not be overturned, and even Susan Collins yesterday or today in a video, had a fake make believe shock that they did overturn it. Or about to overturn it. Fake Plastic GOP...

No. That's a pretty big stretch. They basically said they would take precedent into consideration. Now a real lie would be something like Biden saying he wanted to bring people together, to unify us. That was a lie. Or Obama saying you could keep your own doctor and your own insurance under Obamacare. That was a lie. See the difference
