But it can't hurt. One problem I've seen often is people who take way too many vitamins a day. I've personally know two people who have taken them beyond normal frequencies. I don't think that's good at all. I heard one instance a few years ago, on tv where a lady had her septic tank cleaned only to find out that there were hundreds of partially dissolved vitamins partially blamed for the cloggage.
