Weather can't directly be used as a weapon, most directed-energy weapons are still at the experimental stage and Wonder Woman didn't loan her invisible plane to the ex-President. Oh, and she defiantly didn't loan Trump her lasso of truth.

He wanted to reinstate an Admiral and a General to active duty just so they could be court martialed for speaking against him while retired. He didn't like the look of billion-dollar air-craft carriers, thought he could "quietly" hit Mexico with missiles, asked if it was legal to shoot protesters; the list goes on and on.

That's what our former President asked the National Security Advisers because hurricanes were hurting his golf games. He used a sharpie to make it look like hurricane Dorian would hit landfall in Alabama and later suggested nuking hurricanes.
