It is Biden's fault, the FDA slow walked the baby formula plant inspections, Biden could have ordered them to make baby formula a priority. pop tarts , krispie treats and green beans can wait, instead the use it to scare, nothing but head games designed to break the spirit of people and leave them feeling hopeless, easier to control scared people, they know it. so they make a point of blaming FDA when he could have ordered it, ship pallets and pallets to the border, making sure the American people knew who very little the Government thinks of them , then the come up with a rule that welfare people get the lions share, it's called emotional abuse, now there's a nice big slush fund, that money will end up in many demonrat pockets, plus all the pork that's in the bill that doesn't have anything to do with formula and they are keeping it a secret????
