The longer you wait the worse it gets and then they put you in the hospital on Remdesivir. I would do the same thing again (Hydroxy & Azithromycin) if I got it again. It felt like a bad hangover with a horrendous cough for 2 weeks and that was it. This is just my opinion and what worked for me.
