They merely told them what they can't do to other people's bodies.<br />God granted us and the Declaration of Independence guarantees us Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. You can't take someone's life away. Life is stipulated along with liberty and the pursuit of happiness as "Unalienable Rights" which cannot be taken away. You can't have liberty and the pursuit of happiness without the unalienable right of life. <br
