None. He has no authority to transfer someone's debt to someone else. And that debt relief is going to people who make up to $125,000 a year so the working slobs making minimum wage or 40 or 50 Grand a year who didn't go to college cuz they didn't want to go into debt will now have to pay SOMEONE ELSE'S f'kng debt.
