I make pickled cucumbers, slice cucs, medium onion, red is best, let soak for a couple hours.

Yep, I have been using apple cider vinegar with mother for about the past three years daily. I put it in apple juice or pineapple orange drink. Takes out the sweetness of the juice. Makes the apple juice taste more like cider. Works for me.

On another note, Apple cider vinegar, kills candida and may help with gut bacteria and helps to reduce yeast and fungus in the bowels. If you get thrush, 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar in 6 oz. water swish and spit then brush with regular toothpaste. Some people drink 2 tbs. in water everyday, I wonder if this could help those with covid
