Can't help but notice that he chooses a petite white woman to harass about a cart. He wouldn't go up to a black person lest he be called racist, he wouldn't harass a big man lest he get an a55 whooping. Why did she engage? She should have rolled her window up and driven off. That was kinda funny for a while but knowing that he's a typical Democrat male it gets annoying pretty quick. Especially the voice and his belief that he has some right to control people and tell them what to do when he has no authority to do so. Personally, I woulda warned him once and then kicked his ass in front of everybody. That's the only way they learn.
