Good customer service is a rarity. Sad but true.

I prefer using the vending machines, more and more!

This cashier over charged me, and I corrected him, he did the order over, and it still wasn't the right amount?

So, the line was getting long, he was getting frustrated, because, I told him two times, that's not the right amount.

He got a attitude, and said, you holding up my line ?

I said, you over charging me, show me the receipt , he wouldn't show me the receipt, so, I said, just charge me for the lottery!

I'm holding up the line, until you get my order correct. He was overcharging me, $5.00.

Goon.

It's a shame what a lottery player has to go through sometimes, if they don't want to be bothered with lottery players, and do not want to respect a player, take the machines out.

Yet, it's 6:00 a.m. and got these casino machines in your establishment, and they are up and running, 24 hours.

I am so glad I don't do those slot machines. .
