They can't keep the lights on in California now so the Governor's solution is to ban gasoline motor driven cars by 2035 and now natural gas furnaces and water heaters by 2030. Everything new will have to be electric after that. Meanwhile Californians are dealing with rolling blackouts because they can't provide enough electricity for what they have now.
