Of course the Saudis said no to Joe Biden, why would they increase production when they know they can make money after the orange Menace asked them to lower production. He cut US production, lets Russia open up the Nordstream pipeline, prices went up, he blames Russia, then he dips into the strategic reserve to lower prices.
