* When Scalia was still alive, Thomas did absolutely nothing but follow Antonin's lead. Now he is trying to be his " own Man." Thing is, he really ought to retire from the bench, with Ginny being an embarrassment- he out to sunset himself for the good of the Judicial branch.

Graham is claiming he doesn't have to testify because of the Speech and Debate Clause and Thomas agreed. The question the entire Court will address is does the Clause applies to Graham's actions.
