			<description><![CDATA[<p>The PB spokespeople did a terrible job of explaining especially by simply calling it because of &#x22;Security Protocol&#x22;. They should explain how Minnesota not counting being able to count their sales effected the drawing. Makes more sense the problem was terminals were still selling tickets after the cut-off and they held up the drawing so they could make sure.</p>]]></description>
